forgetting me,remember me

Today's poem comes from E.E. Cummings. Also, as a note, at the end of the month I'll be removing the text from these poems for copyright reasons. So if you haven't been following along and wanted to catch up later, please keep that in mind!

  1. I love that you've posted so many E.E. Cummings poems. He was an amazing writer.

    1. I seriously think we were soul mates. (Just don't tell my husband)

  2. This poem makes me think of Spring——a season which seems to be pretty darn absent around these parts (no snow so far today, so that's a good sign). Somehow the poem makes me feel the way I do when I'm smelling the flowers he mentions. Lilacs are one of my favourite flowers and one of my favourite smells. :)

  3. Like Jaime said, the mentions of flowers in this poem remind me of spring. Seeing how it's rainy and gray where I live today, I'm extra excited that you chose to post this one today. Lovely!
