Badass Friday

Unfortunately, I don't have any book reviews for you today. I should have one next week on Something Strange and Deadly (which is awesome, by the way). In lieu of a badass book, we'll have a badass Friday!

Me being a bad ass. Piercing is fake--
though I plan to celebrate my first publishing deal with a real one. :)

First: I've decided to participate in NaNoWriMo. Thank you to every single one of you for your encouragement this Wednesday. I plan to get as much research done as possible, take a stab at an outline, then write, write, write.

Second, this:

Happy Friday fellow bad asses!

  1. Ooo, is that a student loan paid in full??? If yes, I only wish that was me! LOL. Whatever the case, I'm assuming it's good news so: YAY! :D

My "if-I-get-published-I'll-___________" is possibly a tattoo that my guy character has (or some variation of it). Though, I'm super big chicken, so who knows. Already have my nose pierced, so I can't do that. You could totally rock a nose ring! :)

  2. Yay for paid off loans! What a great feeling! And I'm so happy that you've decided to NaNo... I think it's going to be a fantastic month. :) And I agree with Jaime: You DO rock the nose ring.

  3. Sweet! I have a character with a green stripe in her hair, only she's not nearly as badass as you are in that picture. Congrats on deciding to participate in NaNoWriMo! I hope you have a productive month!
