  • 1-2 tbsp dried burdock root (start on the lower end as your body adjusts)

  • 1/2 cup (or one handful) of red clover flowers (dry or fresh, if dry, flowers should be red, not brown).

  • 1 qt boiling water



  • Combine in 1 qt jar. Pour water over top. Allow to infuse over night (6-12 hours).

  • Take daily.

  • Listen to your body! If it feels too strong, dilute and lessen herb content for future infusions.



  • Skin clearing

  • Stress and anxiety-reducing

  • Strong heart, gut and immune tonic
